Elizabeth Sorrell is a personal injury lawyer practicing out of Tom McGrath's Newport News Office. She focuses on cases involving wrongful death and persona injury. She has experience negotiating and trying cases and has earned an excellent reputation as a hard worker and caring attorney who works diligently for her clients. During law school, Liz was tested and certified by the State of Michigan to represent clients who were denied unemployment benefits. Upon Graduation, Liz returned to Virginia and became a Prosecutor for the Newport News Prosecutors office where she spent eight years trying criminal cases. Liz also served as an adjunct professor for Saint Leo University for fifteen years.
Liz is an avid motorcyclists and is a member of the Motorcycle Riders Foundation, the American Motorcyclists Association and Virginia coalition of Motorcyclists.
