Ellis M. Oster, Esq. is a senior associate and Director of Litigation at Shapiro, DiCaro & Barak, LLC in Rochester, NY. Prior to this, he was lead attorney at RJS Abstract Corporation in Fairport, NY, and while in law school, he was a summer law clerk at the Republican Governors Association and the Center for Individual Rights, both in Washington, DC. Ellis received his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2006, and both his B.A. (magna cum laude) and M.A. from The Catholic University of America in 2003. He currently lives with his wife and children in Canandaigua, NY, where he is the legal counsel of the Ontario County Republican Committee.
