Mr. Levy is a trial lawyer that represents clients in commercial and business litigation with an emphasis on disputes relating to contracts, business and real estate transactions, fraud, and business torts. Additionally, Mr. Levy represents consumers in class actions and multi?district litigation arising out of deceptive and unfair business practices, defective and dangerous products, insurance coverage denials, and unlawful overcharges. He earned his B.A. from New York University, his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, magna cum laude, where he served as editor?in?chief of the Hofstra Law Review. He authored several articles that are published in various law reviews. Prior to founding Levy & Partners he was with an international law firm in New York City.
