Eric Marshall was born and raised in Utah. He graduated from Springville High School where he participated in football and basketball. He attended college at Brigham Young University where he earned a degree in Humanities with an emphasis in Art History. Following graduation Eric attended law school at Ohio Northern University. While in law school Eric won the moot court competition his first year, competed in the regional moot court competition and went on to be the president of the Moot Court society. It was in the moot courtroom that Eric first found his passion for advocating for the rights of his clients. That passion continues today. Eric met his wife Sarah while at Brigham Young University. He is the proud father of three children. He loves watching them participate in basketball, soccer, dance, scouting and school activities. When not busy at work, Eric plays golf, basketball, runs and does cross fit. Growing up at the base of the Wasatch Mountains, Eric loves being in the great outdoors hiking, camping, fishing and exploring.
