Eric has recovered tens of millions of dollars fighting for the rights of hundreds of victims and families of personal injury and wrongful death. Eric has argued before the Supreme Court of Georgia and is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Eric has led fundraising efforts benefiting the Fragile Kids Foundation, Center for Children & Young Adults, American Cancer Society and Childkind. He is also a monthly contributor to Wounded Warrior Project, Shriners Hospitals for Children, Feed the Children, Charity Water and the ASPCA (American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals). Graduating with honors from Miami of Ohio with a degree in philosophy, Eric was selected for the London Law Consortium while attending law school at the University of Georgia. Eric is licensed to practice before all of the State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and in federal court before the United States District Court, Northern District. Eric dedicates his practice to personal injury and wrongful death, with an emphasis on tractor-trailer and motor vehicle collisions, defective products, and premises liability.
