Erica Luque is the owner and founder of Luque Law Firm. She was born and raised in Naples, Florida. Her father is Cuban and her mother is of Mexican descent. Ms. Luque decided at a young age that she wanted to become an attorney to help those who did not have a voice in her community. She graduated Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University where she majored in Legal Studies. After completing her undergraduate studies, Ms. Luque attended Nova Southeastern University Shepherd Broad Law Center, where she graduated with a concentration in International Law. She was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011. She opened and founded Luque Law Firm in 2012 and has dedicated her practice exclusively to Immigration and Nationality Law. Luque Law Firm is dedicated to its clients and strives to provide cost effective service while maintaining the integrity of the legal profession.
