As a founding partner with Mr. Franzoni, Mr. Nelson is an experienced Criminal Attorney. Raised in Houston, Texas, he attended the University of Texas for his bachelor’s degree and The University of Wisconsin for his Juris Doctorate. Upon admission to the Texas Bar he began working for the Harris County District Attorney’s office where he worked in Felony, Misdemeanor, Juvenile, and Justice of the Peace courts. Mr. Nelson left the prosecutor’s office and began working as a defense attorney in 2011. Since then he has successfully defended all manner of criminal matters in and around the Harris and Montgomery county areas. He received his Juris Doctor from University of Wisconsin School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts, Government/Anthropology from The University of Texas.
