She is an experienced trial attorney who spent over a decade developing trial expertise prosecuting cases for the State of Oregon. She now uses those trial skills to fight for clients who have been wrongfully hurt by others. She focuses on auto accident cases, compensation for crime victims and abuse survivors, catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases. Erin is a pro-active member of the legal community. Erin is proud to serve on the Board of Governors for the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association, an organization dedicated to civil justice. She has also worked as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Oregon School of Law where she taught Trial Practice and ran the Prosecution Clinic. Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree, cum laude, from the University of Oregon where she was a member of the Mortar Board Senior Honor Society and received several academic awards and honors. She earned her Juris Doctor from Lewis and Clark Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Honor Board, the Scholar List and was awarded Best Oral Advocate in the Moot Court Appellate Competition.
