Eugene is a proud founding partner in the law firm of Khalifeh & Strupinsky, P.C., in 2024, which arose from a prior 8-year-long partnership. He advises clients on intellectual property matters, such as copyrights and trademarks, as well as works with businesses on compliance issues, healthcare laws, and transactional matters.
His previous experience includes private practice as an associate at the law firm of Powley & Gibson, P.C. He is also very proud of his early work as a public defender for Criminal Defense Practice of The Legal Aid Society in New York City and as a Court Attorney.
Eugene received his J.D. in 2004 from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, and his B.S. in Zoology and International Relations from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 2000.
As a resident of Brooklyn, Eugene likes to travel, swim, read, explore the diversity of New York City, and see Broadway shows with his kids.
