Frank Lizarraga obtained in 1980, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of La Verne (ULV), as well as holding a Juris Doctorate degree from Western State College of Law. Frank is an accomplished civil litigator with over 30 years of legal and courtroom experience and has been honored to be a member of the National American Board of Trial Advocates. Frank is currently serves as legal counsel to some of the most influential organizations and businesses in Southern California and was the former general counsel to the Southern California Association of Governments, the largest metropolitan planning organization in the United States. Frank was a Planning Commissioner for the City of Ontario, CA for 17 years and is a current Board of Trustee to the University of La Verne, as well as chairing the ULV College of Law's Board of Advisors. Frank recently endowed the dean of the ULV’s College of Law, the first endowed dean to the University of La Verne.
