Gary Fales has a broad range of experience in helping families of all types find peace of mind through creative trust planning. After graduating from law school in 2001, Gary Fales joined KPMG’s New York City Mergers and Acquisitions Tax Practice, where he performed M&A tax due diligence, conducted extensive tax research on complex transactions and wrote technical tax memos and opinion letters, including cross-boarder transactions. Mr. Fales holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Brigham Young University and a law degree also from Brigham Young where he was a member of the Law Review Board. He is a member of the bar in Connecticut, Idaho, Nevada and New York. Gary is a member of WealthCounsel, a national organization of trusts and estates attorneys and other legal, tax and business professionals who engage in sophisticated planning techniques.
