Gena Fournier Family and Divorce Law

As a partner in Fournier Law, Gena brings a diverse set of experience and skills to the practice. A 1998 cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law, Ms. Fournier has worked in both the private and public sector in a number of fields. She is knowledgeable in several areas of law, including family law, workers' compensation, social security, real estate, and estate planning. She utilizes her nearly two decades of experience to fight for the things in life worth fighting for to get the results you deserve.

Ms. Fournier has devoted her legal career to accumulating expertise in a broad range of legal disciplines. She began her legal career as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Florida, working the field of Child Support enforcement. She practiced law in the private sector in both Pennsylvania and Florida, and later returned to Florida as a Senior Attorney in the Reemployment Assistance Appeals Commission. In 2013, she became certified as a Guardian Ad Litem by the state of Florida. Her broad range of experience in both the public and private sector gives her a unique advantage in handling cases on behalf of clients, as she understands the legal system, the government’s position on cases, and the pressures faced by private clients.
