George has over 25 years of experience representing healthcare providers of all types in a wide variety of regulatory, transactional and government litigation matters. George has also handled numerous payer-provider reimbursement-related issues and Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement disputes. He has significant experience defending healthcare providers, vendors and suppliers in disputes with federal and state enforcement agencies. Prior to founding the Firm in 2015, from 2005 through 2014, George was a Partner at Saul Ewing, LLP, where and served as Chair of the Firm’s Healthcare Practice. Prior to his tenure at Saul Ewing, George was a Partner in the Health Law Practice of Duane Morris, LLP. Before entering private legal practice, George worked for 10 years at Ernst & Young in the firm’s healthcare auditing and management consulting practices, specializing in strategic planning, financial feasibility studies, forensic accounting and valuation services.
