He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, and is a member of the bar of the United States District Court for the Eastern, Western, and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, and has been admitted and appeared pro hac vice in numerous other federal courts.
