Gordon is the managing partner at Arnold & Saunders, LLP, assisting clients develop intellectual property and commercialization strategy. For over 20 years, he has represented a variety of enterprises in many industries. Gordon has counseled clients in litigation, both in the United States and internationally, on valuation and enhancement of IP portfolios, as well as on avoiding infringement. He received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and his JD from the University of Houston College of Law. Gordon was an Associate Editor of the Houston Journal of International Law and an intern to the late Hon. Norman Black of the Southern District of Texas.
