Gustavo A. Martinez-Tristani is a partner in the firm's Miami office. Gus focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury defense, maritime law, and defense of automotive/transportation claims. His clients have included marine and non-marine insurers, importers of goods, and land and ocean transportation carriers. In addition, he has represented individual physicians and medical facilities in medical malpractice lawsuits, as well as victims in personal injury and medical malpractice lawsuits.
