Won California Supreme Court 1986 decision striking public sector polygraph statute; Obtained reinstatement of case in 2003 against IBEW local 11 for firing Donald Smith, a union rep, under the patronage defense, thus ignoring EEO laws … “not this century .. not in this Court.” Reversed rulings in 1997 against the studios who falsely accused long-term employees of engaging in a kickback scheme. Exposed corruption w/i International Unions - IATSE and SAG-AFTRA; as well as Casino partially owned by the federal government; and the changing of civil service hearing officer decisions.
