Herbert L. Wisebrod, Q.C. practices in the firm’s real estate and land development department. Herbert acts for many of the largest financial institutions, developers, and homebuilders in all facets of real estate law.
Herb’s practice ranges from initial land acquisition and financing to land development, commercial leasing, and sales of commercial, industrial, and residential properties. He was appointed Queen’s Counsel in 1981 and is a recipient of a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from York University. He is also a qualified mediator.
