He specializes in representing claimants following work injuries and plaintiffs suffering personal injuries. Humberto is a trained neutral and is registered with the Georgia Commission on Dispute Resolution. His fluency in Spanish, combined with his multifaceted legal experience, makes him uniquely qualified to serve as a mediator. In 2012, he joined BAY Mediation, dedicating one day per week while continuing to grow his litigation practice. Humberto continues to use his experience from both sides of the law to develop ongoing strategies so that injured employees and individuals receive the respect they deserve and also all of the benefits entitled under Georgia law. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology from College of Charleston and his law degree from Northwestern School of Law of Lewis & Clark College.
