J. Kevin Lundholm has maintained an active litigation practice since his admission to the bar in 1985. In October, 1999, Mr. Lundholm became board certified in Civil Trial Advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in Boston, Massachusetts. In order to achieve this board certification, Kevin had to demonstrate substantial trial experience, obtain recommendations from judges and opposing counsel, complete extensive continuing legal education requirements, and pass a day-long written examination. Mr. Lundholm received mediation training in January, 2001, at the Private Adjudication Center, Duke University. He represents clients in mediations and has served as a mediator as well. In 2007, Kevin served as lead trial counsel for the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District at the confirmation hearing of a $210,000,000 assessment. The 18 judge panel of the Conservancy Court confirmed the award, which was later upheld after a series of appeals. In 2012, Kevin became board certified in Civil Pretrial Advocacy by the National Board of Legal Specialty Certification. Kevin attended Blackburn College in Carlinville, Illinois, where he received a B.A. Magna Cum Laude in 1982. He graduated Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio in 1985. He is a member of the Tuscarawas County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
