Mr. Gallagher attended University of Notre Dame School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1980. After law school, Mr. Gallagher went on to take the Hawaii and the Illinois State Bars and is admitted to practice in both states. Mr. Gallagher’s area of practice primarily are insurance defense and insurance law litigation; however, Mr. Gallagher also has jury trial experience brain damage claims, psychiatric claims, personal injury, insurance fraud, premises liability and commercial general liability claims. Mr. Gallagher is associated with many professional organizations and associations including the Hawaii State Bar Association and Illinois Bar Association (inactive). He is also on the Board of Directors of the Hawaii Defense Association and is also a member of the Hawaii Federal District Court Bar Association. He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute and serves as a member of the Insurance Law Committee of the Defense Research Institute.
