Mr. Hunnicutt attended the Oklahoma University College of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 1987. He is admitted to practice in the following courts: Western District of Oklahoma, Northern District of Texas, Eastern District of Texas, Eastern District of Michigan, State Bar of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals, 5th District. Mr. Hunnicutt has over 25 years of legal experience in Federal and State courts and began his career as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 energy company. Mr. Hunnicutt’s areas of practice include Breach of Contracts, Fraud, Fraudulent Transfer of Assets, Accounting Fraud, Real Estate, Energy, Movie Funding Disputes, Partnership and Owner Disputes, Purchase and Sale of Assets, Whistleblower Cases, Commission Disputes, Property Ownership, Financing Disputes including Commercial Real Estate Loans, Divorce Maters and a variety of other business matters. He also has mediation experience with Personal Injury, Breach of Contract, Fraud, Construction and Family Law.
