Jack Waldman is Executive Vice President and General Counsel for SwimUSA, a leading specialty apparel company focusing on the global swimwear market. At SwimUSA, Jack oversees the company’s legal affairs, including corporate governance, litigation, IP-portfolio management, labor and employment law and regulatory compliance. Jack sits on the company’s Executive Committee as well as its Board of Directors, and regularly counsels and advises the company’s executive team on strategic matters including mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and financing/capital markets.
Before joining SwimUSA in 2012, Jack was a litigation associate with New York law firm Oved & Oved LLP. Jack joined Oved & Oved LLP in 2009 as a summer associate where his practice focused on commercial litigation in both state and federal court. While at Oved, Jack assisted with and second-chaired many trials and gained extensive experience representing clients in and out of court.
