James J. Belliveau has extensive experience in the legal aspects of real estate conveyancing, leasing, land use, condominium law and title insurance underwriting. Jim effectively and efficiently represents buyers, sellers, investors and developers of real estate and advises banks, credit unions and lending institutions on all aspects of real estate based lending. Jim has also served as corporate counsel to both national and state chartered title insurance companies, providing counsel in regulatory and corporate matters. Attorney Belliveau is admitted to practice in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. He received his J.D. from Suffolk University, and received his B.S. from Boston College.
