James Q. Pope is the owner and principal of The Pope Law Firm. He has practices in the areas of Foreclosure Defense, Real Estate, Civil Litigation and Bankruptcy Law handling bankruptcy chapters, 7, 13 and 11 for both individuals and businesses. He earned is B.A. from the University of Houston in 2001 and his J.D from the Thurgood Marshall School of Law in 2004. Mr. Pope is licensed to practice law in the Federal District and Bankruptcy Courts in the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern Districts of Texas.
