Jeanne Barron Personal Injury Law

Jeanne V. Barron graduated from Wayne State University Law School in 1984. She received her Bachelor of Science in Special Education - Emotionally Impaired and Journalism, cum laude, from the University of Michigan in 1980. Her wealth of experience and knowledge are a great asset to the firm, and clients, who also appreciate her ability to strategize, communicate effectively, and negotiate cases to appropriate resolution. Jeanne practice in several different areas. She is a seasoned litigator, successfully defending complex civil matters on behalf of State Farm Fire and Casualty Company and their insureds, in Wayne, Oakland, Washtenaw, Macomb, and Livingston County Courts, particularly in the areas of premises liability, condominium matters, dog bites, neighborhood disputes, and motor vehicle accidents. Jeanne also represents individuals pursuing personal injury and employment discrimination suits, as well as social security disability claims. Jeanne is well versed in the practice of appellate law, having argued multiple cases to the Appellate court bench. Jeanne has also served as an arbitrator and would welcome referrals as a facilitator. Ms. Barron has also been recognized for her volunteer work, acting as a moot court and mock trial judge; she has also worked with victims of domestic violence. Jeanne is proud to have developed a Michigan Law Day Program, now in use in elementary schools.
