Mr. Rokisky graduated from West Virginia University with a degree in accounting and from West Virginia University College of Law. He also received a Masters Degree in tax and Estate Planning from the University of San Diego School of Law. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Rokisky is a member of the West Virginia, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and California State Bars.
