Jeremiah Raxter, is the founder and principal attorney of RAXTER LAW, P.A. Admitted to both the California State Bar and the United States District Court of the Central and Southern Districts, and a Certified Veterans Attorney with the Veterans Administration. Currently, his practice is focused on Probate, Estate Planning and Litigation, and Business Law. Jeremiah is one of the few attorneys that practices in all aspects of probate law from estate planning to probate litigation. Mr. Raxter has been appointed as a Special Master. He is a Law Professor in the subjects of Real Property, Ethics, and Wills/Trusts, and has been an Expert Witness in Probate/Trust matters.
