A graduate of Brooklyn Law School, he previously worked as a litigator in New York City and as counsel to JELD-WEN Inc. His wide base of experience allows him to draw from multiple viewpoints while providing counsel. Jesse strives to stay at the leading-edge of legal operations, successfully incorporating AI-techniques into his practice. He has overseen ImagineSoftware's acquisition by Marlin Equity Partners, its acquisition of multiple companies, and countless commercial deals - where he always seeks a mutually beneficial result.
