Previously a litigation partner at two international law firms and a general counsel, Jesse now practices business and shareholder litigation in Austin, Texas at a boutique law firm. Jesse represents parties in complex business litigation involving anything from breach of contract to fraud to employment-related claims. Jesse also represents companies, officers, directors, and shareholders in shareholder cases, including securities class actions and derivative actions, and before the SEC in investigations and enforcement actions.
