Jessica Virden Mallett Personal Injury Law

Jessica Virden Mallett graduated from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville, in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. She then attended the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she graduated with Highest Honors in December 2010. While in law school, Ms. Virden Mallett clerked for Pulaski County Circuit Judge Chris Piazza, the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, and the Pulaski County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Ms. Virden Mallett is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Arkansas and Pulaski County Bar Associations. She is licensed to practice before the Arkansas State Courts and the federal district courts of the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas as well as in United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She is the managing partner of the Law Offices of Peter Miller. She and her husband Trey Mallett have one daughter, Anna.
