Firm partner Joey Flynn has been representing the injured since 1993. Ms. Flynn’s practice includes representing those who have been injured by nursing home negligence and abuse, elder abuse, serious personal injury (including wrongful death) arising from car and truck accidents, or other accidents, and product liability. Ms. Flynn is fluent in Spanish, and majored in Latin American studies and Iberian studies. She often represents those whose primary language is Spanish and personal injury matters.
