Ms. Sheehe is a litigator with experience defending corporations, insurance companies, and homeowners. Her practice comprises commercial litigation, insurance defense, and equine law. In her third-party practice, Ms. Sheehe has defended homeowners against claims of negligence and wrongful death. Ms. Sheehe’s first-party practice spans the State of Florida and has focused on claims arising out of Hurricane Irma and Hurricane Michael. Throughout her career, she has served clients in a variety of industries including retail, insurance, and real estate.
Prior to joining Sheehe & Associates, P.A., Ms. Sheehe was an associate at a large international law firm in Los Angeles, California. While there, Ms. Sheehe gained broad experience by litigating complex employment and commercial lawsuits, including claims related to alleged wage and hour violations and commercial class actions involving alleged false advertising and fraudulent marketing
