John Sechler focuses his practice in the area of insurance defense. He has experience litigating a variety of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, vicarious liability and general negligence. John has successfully represented insurance carriers in claims in federal and state courts, resulting in a number of dismissals by way of dispositive motion. Prior to joining Wilson Elser, John worked for a high-volume defense firm dealing primarily with no-fault and bodily injury cases. During law school, he served as an intern for local judges where he gained an understanding of the court's perspective and procedures.
