Joseph A. Materna received his B.A. Degree from Columbia College and his J.D. Degree from Columbia Law School, both of Columbia University. He is a member of the Bar of New York, New Jersey and Florida. Mr. Materna is an Arbitrator in the New York City Civil Court, and a Member of the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association.
