Mr. Dawson graduated from Nova Southeastern University - Shepard Broad College of Law in 1982 and was admitted to practice law in Florida in 1982. Mr. Dawson is known to excel in the courtroom as both a trial and appellate lawyer. He is admitted to practice in the following courts: Florida Supreme Court, the United States Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit, Third and Fourth District Court of Appeals, as well as trials in the 11th and 17th Judicial Circuits in Florida and the United States District Court, Southern District. Mr. Dawson’s practice originally focused on criminal law and personal injury, but more recently has focused on first-party insurance litigation, bad faith insurance practices and personal injury matters.
