He helps providers untangle the laws and regulations providing them with optimal reimbursement. Among the spectrum of legal services, he reviews, edits and drafts physician and mid-level employment agreements, provides legal advice on reimbursement issues related to coding, billing, denials, and handles third-party payor audits. He has successfully appealed over $1 million collectively across many provider types (e.g., ambulance, solo practitioners, large medical groups, and hospitals).
