Julie Rendelman is the founder and lead attorney of The Law Offices of Julie Rendelman, LLC. Julie is an experienced New York criminal defense lawyer handling white collar criminal cases and other major felonies in New York. She is a former Deputy Bureau Chief with the Kings County District Attorney's Office, where she was a member of the elite Homicide Bureau. As a prosecutor, she handled thousands of felonies and misdemeanors, including homicides, sex crimes, drug cases, larcenies and various other crimes. In addition, while at the district attorney's office, Julie taught Criminal Procedure at Brooklyn Law School. After leaving the prosecutor's office, Julie Rendelman opened her own law office, where she presently defends clients in all areas of the criminal justice system. During her spare time, she is a Legal Analyst with Dan Abrams' Law and Crime Network, and can be seen/heard giving her expert legal analysis on various news outlets, including CNN, PBS, Fox 5 News, Bloomberg Law, USA Today, NY Post, NY Daily News and the New York Times.
