Julio E. Martinez is a graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles, where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Neuroscience in 1998. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree in 2007 from Pacific Coast University School of Law, graduating with distinction.
Julio was admitted to the California State Bar in December of 2007, and he has been with Testan Law since 2009. He is the Managing Partner in the firm's Santa Ana office and handles all aspects of Workers' Compensation defense.
Prior to joining Testan Law, Julio represented injured workers in Workers' Compensation and employment-related matters. Also, Julio previously represented private businesses to litigate all aspects of property taxes, including trials before various County Assessment Appeals Boards.
Julio is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County and has recently been a speaker for the California Applicants' Attorneys Association regarding Workers' Compensation defense. Most recently, Mr. Martinez received the prestigious designation of Certified Litigation Management Professional (CLMP) from the CLM's Litigation Management Institute.
