Justin T. Bamberg, Esq. is a trial attorney focusing on wrongful death and other serious and catastrophic personal injury matters stemming from motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, nursing home neglect, and premises liability. Justin also practices civil rights litigation, where he has represented clients in some of the most recognizable law enforcement use of force cases in recent history, including Walter Scott (N. Charleston, S.C.), Alton Sterling (Baton Rouge, L.A.), Keith Scott (Charlotte, N.C.), Albert Chatfield (Kingstree, S.C.), Bryant Heyward (Hollywood, S.C.), and others. He is a 2005 graduate of Bamberg-Ehrhardt High School in Bamberg, S.C., and he received his B.A. and J.D. from the University of South Carolina in Columbia, S.C. Justin is also currently the State Representative for S.C. House District 90, serving approximately 40,000 citizens residing in the counties of Bamberg, Barnwell, and Colleton. Justin enjoys speaking to youth as a frequent guest speaker.
