Mr. Betance started his legal career as a law clerk in the Law Offices of Anita Pieratt during his tenure in law school. While there Mr. Betance participated in every facet of Ms. Pieratt’s cases, and as a result gained an in depth understanding of legal strategy, procedure, and the following areas of substantive law: Civil Litigation, Estate Planning, Corporate Formation & Compliance, Real Estate, Probate, Business & Employment, Tax, Criminal, and Bankruptcy. In addition to the practice of law Mr. Betance is a Principal and has served as Chairman of The Precision Companies, a Financial Services Company that has served Southern California as a Real Estate Brokerage, Insurance Brokerage, and Business Advisory firm for the past decade. Mr. Betance is a licensed Real Estate Broker, Insurance Broker, and holds FINRA series 7 and 66 licenses. Mr. Betance earned his Master’s in Business Administration from the Paul Merage School of Business (University of California at Irvine), where he concentrated on Finance and Accounting, and he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of California at Los Angeles (UCLA).
