Justin J. Zarcone earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee in 1997 and his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2001. After law school, Justin obtained his LLM in Taxation from the University of San Diego, School of Law in 2002. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2001, United States Tax Court in 2002, the State Bar of Nevada and United States District Court for the District of Nevada in 2003, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in 2004. Justin’s areas of practice include insurance and general liability defense; construction litigation; commercial litigation; taxation; and aviation law related matters, including representation of airmen before the FAA. ?
