Katherine Flood Family and Divorce Law

Ms. Flood is a distinguished G. Kent Frandsen scholar and cum laude grad of the IU McKinney School of Law. As a family law lawyer, Ms. Flood focuses her practice on dissolution, separation, relocation,custody, paternity, parenting time, spousal maintenance/alimony, adoption and guardianship. In divorce, Kate concentrates on child-related matters, taking a very active and engaged role when it comes to her clients and their children. She places great emphasis on the financial matters that accompany divorce: analyzing, valuing, dividing, restructuring and protecting marital assets. Her experience includes prenuptial agreements, protective orders, restraining orders, post-secondary education issues, and all post-dissolution matters. Kate is certified in Collaborative Law and Arbitration. Awards include: 2016 Distinguished Fellows; 2015 Nod to Civility; 2017 Law Firm 500 Honoree; 2018 SuperLawyers Rising Stars.
