Area of Practice: Personal Injury Law (Toxic Tort)

For more than 30 years, I have represented claimants in personal injury litigation, focusing primarily on toxic tort cases involving exposure to radiation, asbestos, benzene, and pesticides. I have also represented clients in qui tam litigation, in sports adjudications and in catastrophic injury cases (volcanic eruptions). I earned a bachelor’s degree at the University of California at Berkeley, a master’s degree in Public Administration from Troy State University (European Region), and a law degree from the University of Texas. I am a member of the Bar of the U.S. Supreme Court, the Bar Associations of the Third and Fifth Federal Circuits, the American Association for Justice, and the Washington State Association of Justice's Eagle program. Prior to my law career, I worked in politics as a legislative staff member at the Texas State Senate.
