Keith Hance practices primarily in the area of real estate law. A native of Gaston County, he graduated from North Gaston High School in 1985. He has been in private practice in Gaston County for 28 years. Mr. Hance is a member of the North Carolina State Bar; the North Carolina Bar Association, Real Property Section; and the Gaston County Bar Association. Mr. Hance is also the attorney for the Gaston Association of Realtors, and is a past GAR Affiliate of the Year. Mr. Hance regularly addresses realtor groups about real estate issues. Mr. Hance is especially skilled at title searches. He does all of the firm’s title work.
Outside the office, Mr. Hance likes to go hiking, garden, and spend time with his children and grandson.
