He is a graduate of the University of Miami where he received both his Bachelor of Business Administration (cum laude) and his Juris Doctor degrees. Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1982, Mr. Pallo concentrates his practice in the area of defense of Insureds, Employers, Carriers, Self-Insurers and Third-Party Administrators in workers’ compensation matters. He is a member of The Florida Bar Association, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, the Sarasota-Bradenton Claims Association, the Friends of 440, The American Bar Association, the WCCP, the Defense Research Institute, a Member of the Executive Counsel for the Workers’ Compensation Section of The Florida Bar, The Civil Trial Section of the American Bar Association, the National Register of Who’s Who and RIMS. Mr. Pallo is a frequent lecturer to members of The Florida Bar Workers’ Compensation Section, insurance companies, claims associations, claims managers, employers and trade associations on various issues associated with insurance defense.
