Kelsey Nicolaisen is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Manning & Kass, where she practices on the firm’s Premises Liability Team. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Los Angeles County Bar Association, and Beverly Hills Bar Association.
Prior to joining the firm, she represented corporate and individual clients in a wide array of civil law matters related to business torts, breach of contract disputes, personal injury claims, malpractice, employment and housing law matters, and workers' compensation claims. She also discreetly represented clients in high-profile divorce litigations where spousal support, child support, child custody, division of property, and post judgment issues are amplified by the fact that clients or client's spouse had substantial income, investments, real property, or intellectual property.
Ms. Nicolaisen received her JD from Southwestern Law School and her BA in Communication, Business, & Sociology from the University of Southern California. During law school she was the recipient of the Zimring Memorial Scholarship and the president of the International Law Society.
