Kenneth Peace Antitrust Law

Ken Peace spent his early years in the City of Chicago near Wrigley Field. He then went to the University of Illinois where he graduated with high honors with a BS in Finance. Ken then traded taxable fixed income securities for approximately 10 years before attending DePaul University-College of Law, where he graduated with his JD. After graduation from law school, Ken relocated to sunny Arizona and has spent his entire 26 year legal career in litigation. Ken currently works in the areas of large loss tort, insurance coverage and defense, trucking, products liability, probate, and business disputes. Ken is also appointed by the Maricopa County, Arizona Civil Division to serve as a Judge Pro Tem, which duty he has fulfilled for the past 10 years. Ken previously served as an officer on the Arizona State Bar Probate and Trust Executive Council, where he participated in a wholesale revision of the Arizona Probate Rules and Code.
