Kevin practices in the areas of labor and employment law, insurance defense and general business litigation. His litigation practice includes representing management in cases involving discrimination, workplace harassment, wrongful discharge, employment contract disputes, wage payment and overtime issues, and labor disputes before state and federal courts, nationwide. Kevin also handles claims before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), Department of Labor, and other administrative agencies. As a complement to his litigation practice, Kevin also advises clients on human resource issues and employee policies and procedures.
