Kim Katen Savo served as a trial deputy at the Federal Public Defender for the Central District of California for 20 years. After retiring from federal service, she joined McElroy Parris Trial Lawyers, where she represents plaintiffs in personal injury matters, focusing on complex products liability and medical malpractice cases.
Widely recognized by judges, colleagues, and opposing counsel as one of the top trial lawyers to practice in federal court in Los Angeles, she brings extensive courtroom experience to every case.
She earned her J.D. from UCLA School of Law in 2002 through the Public Interest Law Program, with a concentration in Critical Race Studies. Before law school, she completed a master’s degree in English Literature at UC Berkeley and is a proud alumna of Bryn Mawr College.
